Ordering from the UK or the US: how delivery really works

We sell to two countries, the UK and the US, and the site shows each of you the right currency and delivery terms. Here's what actually happens after you order.

Where your phone comes from

Your order ships to you from our supplier overseas. We don't keep a warehouse in the UK or the US. That's a big part of why our prices are what they are, and it's also why delivery takes longer than a high-street order.

How long it takes

Allow 14 to 21 business days from order to delivery, to either country. We email you a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships, and your order page shows every step along the way.

What delivery costs

Delivery is free on UK orders over £50 and US orders over $50. Below that it's £13.99 in the UK or $15 in the US, added at checkout before you pay.

Prices and currency

UK visitors see pounds and US visitors see dollars. You can switch at any time with the £ / $ button in the header. Your cart keeps its contents when you switch; only the prices change.

Returns and warranty

You have 30 days from delivery to send back anything unused, in its original packaging, for a full refund. Every phone also comes with a 12-month Nexcell warranty: if a fault develops, you deal with us, not the manufacturer.
