1. Who we are
Nexcell ("we", "us", "our") sells new Apple and Samsung phones and accessories, shipped from our supplier overseas. Contact us at info@nexcell.store. Registered address: [Business address to be added].
2. Products
All phones and accessories sold by Nexcell are new and unlocked. Nexcell is an independent retailer and is not Apple Inc. or Samsung Electronics, and is not endorsed by either company.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in GBP or USD depending on your selected currency. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You may pay in full by card, or, where eligible, split payment into instalments using Klarna or Afterpay/Clearpay. Instalment eligibility and terms are determined by the relevant payment provider, not by Nexcell.
4. Orders and delivery
Order confirmation is sent by email once payment is confirmed by Stripe. Delivery timeframes and costs are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Orders ship from our supplier overseas; import charges may apply and are the customer's responsibility — see the Shipping & Returns page for what we currently know about this.
5. Returns and cancellation
Where UK or US consumer law gives you a right to cancel an online order for a refund, that right applies in addition to our own 30-day return policy described on the Shipping & Returns page. Certain items, such as activated devices or opened hygiene-sensitive accessories, are excluded as described there.
6. Warranty
Every phone includes our own 12-month Nexcell warranty, described on our Warranty page. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
7. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability for losses arising from your order is limited to the price you paid for the relevant product.
