1. Who controls your data
NexCell, of 58 York Road, Birmingham, B28 8BB, United Kingdom, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact us at info@nexcellstore.com with any privacy questions or requests.
2. What we collect
We collect what you give us directly: your name, email address and message when you use the contact or support form, your delivery details when you place an order, and your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter. We don't collect or store your card details; payment is handled entirely by Stripe.
3. Payment data and Stripe
Checkout runs on Stripe. Card numbers are collected and processed directly by Stripe under its own privacy policy. NexCell receives confirmation of payment and an order reference, but never sees or stores your full card number.
4. Sharing your details with your network
If you buy a SIM or eSIM plan with a phone, we pass the details needed to set up and deliver your plan to the network you chose (O2, Three, Sky Mobile or Vodafone). The network then becomes responsible for that information under its own privacy policy, which you can read at network policies. Any credit check for paying for your phone over time is carried out by the network or its credit provider.
5. How we use your data
We use the data you provide to fulfil orders, respond to support and contact requests, and, if you opt in, send newsletter emails. We don't sell your personal data to third parties.
6. Cookies
This site uses a session cookie to remember your cart while you browse, which is strictly necessary. With your permission it also remembers your display settings and counts visits anonymously so we can improve the shop. None of it is used for advertising or for tracking you across other sites. 7. Data retention
Order and contact records are kept for as long as needed to meet our accounting and legal obligations, and are then deleted or anonymised.
