Everything Three publishes about the plans sold with your phone: what each plan includes, the add-ons you can buy, roaming, charges outside your plan, fees and the protection and upgrade options. Three's price guides are the binding version.
Figures were taken from the network's own pages in October 2026 and can change. If anything here differs from the network's current document, the network's document applies.
Plans and what they include
Three Your Way airtime plans with a phone come in four types: Lite, Lite+, Value and Complete. Every plan has unlimited minutes and texts and 5G at no extra cost. You can cancel on 30 days' notice; a cancellation fee applies if you are still in your minimum term.

How the price works
- New Three Your Way customers join on Direct Debit. Every monthly charge includes a £5 discount for paying by a recurring method; you keep it as long as you let Three store your payment details.
- Each April your airtime charge goes up by a fixed amount: £1.80 a month for plans of 4GB or less, £1.90 for plans from 5GB to 99GB and £2.30 for plans of 100GB or more. The increase does not apply to add-ons, device plan repayments or Three Insurance.
- Your first month is charged pro rata to the day you join. Unused data does not roll over.
- Your device is paid for separately on a 0% APR device plan agreement over 12 or 24 months, subject to status. Changing your airtime plan does not change your device plan payments.
- You can move to a bigger plan at any time from about £3 a month more without taking a new contract.
Add-ons and passes
Add-ons are bought in the Three app or My3 after you join. They are not included in the £5 recurring discount or the April price rise.
Go Roam passes
Passes unlock your UK allowance in Go Roam destinations without the daily charge. They start the first time you use your allowance abroad and run for the number of hours shown.

Extra data to use abroad without touching your UK allowance. Europe passes work in 51 European destinations and Worldwide passes in 31 destinations.

Recurring boosts renew every month until you cancel. Cancelling mid-month gets no refund.

Roaming with Go Roam
Go Roam lets you use your UK minutes, texts and data in destinations grouped into three bands. Value plans include Go Roam in Europe and Complete plans include all three bands. On other plans you pay a daily charge or buy a pass.

The Republic of Ireland and Isle of Man have no daily charge. Daily charges rise each 1 April by CPI plus 3.9%. They do not apply with inclusive roaming or a Go Roam pass.
Fair usage in Go Roam
- Up to 12GB of data a month can be used in Go Roam destinations. Above 12GB, if you still have UK data left, extra data is charged at 0.3p per MB. The Republic of Ireland has no limit.
- Go Roam in Europe has unlimited calls and texts; Around the World and Around the World Extra are capped at 3,000 minutes and 5,000 texts. Beyond that you pay the standard roaming rates.
- Go Roam is for UK residents on short trips. If you roam only in Go Roam destinations for two complete months in a rolling 12 months, Three may suspend roaming on your account.
- A worldwide data roaming limit of £45 is set on your account. Ask Three to change or remove it.
- Three may use TrafficSense traffic management in Go Roam destinations.

Calls are charged at a minimum of one minute. Once your data allowance is used up you cannot keep using data charged per MB; you need an add-on or a bigger plan. Calls over 2 hours may be ended.

Fees, price rises and bills
What Three charges for missed payments and leaving early, and how your bill can change.

Example: £25 a month with 6 months left is £150, less 3% (£4.50), so £145.50.
- Spend Caps: you are asked at the point of sale whether you want a cap on out-of-allowance and roaming charges. A cap does not apply to your monthly plan, add-ons, insurance or Three Pay purchases, and can be changed any time.
- Price rises: your monthly charge rises each April by a fixed amount (see Plans). The £5 Direct Debit discount and the April rise do not apply to add-ons or device plan repayments.
- Rounding: charges are worked out to fractions of a penny and shown to two decimal places, so a manual total can differ by 1p.

Upgrades, insurance and rewards
Benefits and protection that go with a Three plan.
Anytime Upgrade
Upgrade your phone, tablet or other device any time after 90 days with no airtime upgrade fee, as long as you choose the same or a higher data plan. You do not have to pay off your airtime plan, and you can trade in your old device or keep paying off its device plan.
Trade-in
Trade in an old phone, tablet or wearable to reduce the cost of a new device or pay off your device plan. Three also sells Like New refurbished phones that go through 65-point checks.
Three Insurance

Every claim has a £25 excess. Claim before 8.30pm on weekdays or 2.30pm on Saturdays for next working day replacement. You can add it when you buy, or within 28 days. You must be 18 or over and a permanent UK resident. Insurance is arranged by SquareTrade and underwritten by Starr International (Europe) Limited.
Extended Warranty and Screen Repair
- Value and Complete plans bought with a device include an Extended Warranty. Its length follows the length of your device finance, up to 24 months.
- Complete plans on 24 months include one screen repair for the life of the plan. There is a £25 repair fee.
Paramount+
Complete plans include a Paramount+ Standard Monthly Plan for the full contract term (12 or 24 months). You activate it with a link Three texts you. On other plans you can add it for £9.99 a month in My3. If you already have a Paramount+ account you cannot link the included plan until that one ends.
Three+ Rewards
Included with every plan. Offers from brands such as Cineworld, Caffe Nero and Uber Eats through the Three+ app.
Switching and numbers
Keep your number by sending your PAC code. You can use a Three SIM in any unlocked 4G or 5G phone, or choose an eSIM.
Pay as you go
No contract and no credit check. You buy the phone outright and pay for data packs. Prices from the New Pay As You Go price guide (19 April 2026).

Top-ups are available in £5, £10, £15, £20, £25, £30, £35, £40, £50, £60 and £90. If you make no chargeable use for 180 days Three may suspend or disconnect you. Roaming: make a UK purchase first so the SIM is set up; Go Roam works in more than 70 destinations with a data pack.
