Network policies and plan information

When you add a SIM or eSIM plan to a phone, the plan is provided by the network you choose, under the network's own terms. These are the documents that apply, with the main points in plain words.

Please read this first

The network's own document is the legally binding version. The summaries below only repeat figures the networks publish, and prices, limits and terms can change. Always check the linked document for the date you join. Links open the network's own site.

NexCell sells the phone. Your airtime plan, any fair usage rules, roaming charges, and any credit agreement for the phone are between you and the network. Questions about those documents go to the network. For anything about your NexCell order, contact us.
